2 heaping Tablespoons natural-style creamy nut butter (we used peanut butter)

1 Tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

1 ½ tsp honey

⅛ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup frozen fresh Wild Blueberries

1 tsp coconut oil, melted

4 slices of your favorite bread, cut into heart shapes and toasted

  1. In a food processor, combine nut butter, frozen Wild Blueberries, honey, vanilla and coconut. Process until well blended and creamy.
  2. Using a heart-shape cookie cutter, create 4 hearts from your bread. Toast the heart pieces and slather with the nut butter-Wild Blueberry mixture. Top with more Wild Blueberries before serving.
