
Dan’s Blueberry-Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 cup unsweetened fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 large banana
- 1 teaspoon dried flaxseed/linseed
Preparation
In a blender container, combine soy milk, blueberries, banana, and flaxseed/linseed. Blend until smooth. Serves 1.
