5 cupsRolled oats
1 cupBrown sugar
1 cupWhite sugar
6 cupsSweet Base Fruit Sauce
6 cupsWild Blueberries, thawed/drained
2 lbs.Butter/Margarine
8 cupsFlour, whole grain
10 cupsRolled oats
2 cupsBrown sugar
2 cupsWhite sugar
12 cupsSweet Base Fruit Sauce
12 cupsWild Blueberries, thawed/drained

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large hotel pan (11 by 18 inches) with spray or butter.

2.In a mixer fitted with the large paddle attachment, mix the whole grain flour, oats, sugars, and butter until large clumps form. Transfer two thirds of the mixture to the prepared pan and press down to make crust.

3.Spread the Wild Blueberry Fruit Sauce over the prepared crust. Sprinkle the frozen Wild Blueberries over the Sauce. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.

4.Bake in oven for 35 – 45 minutes. (Checking at 20 minutes) Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Critical Control Points for Food Safety:

Heat sauce to 135'F and hold hot until service. Cool to <70'F in 2 hours; cool to <40 within 4 more hours. Hold cold at <40'F until service for additional products for a maximum of 5 days.
