Wild Blueberry Pina Colada Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened coconut water or coconut milk beverage
½ cup frozen wild blueberries
1 cup frozen pineapple
½ cup coconut flavored yogurt ( I like Siggi’s)
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- Add coconut water or milk, blueberries, pineapple, and yogurt to a blender.
- Blend on high until thoroughly combined.
- Rim glass with shredded coconut, or add to top of smoothie.
