Wild Blueberry Probiotic Super Smoothie



Ingredients
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
3/4 cup low fat blueberry kefir
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
5 medium basil leaves
2 teaspoons finely grated tangelo zest (or tangerine)
2 tablespoons tangelo juice
1 tablespoon golden flax seed meal
Garnish:
basil leaves
tangelo slice
frozen Wild Blueberries
kefir
Preparation
- Combine all smoothie ingredients in a high power blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie in glass and top with about 1-2 tablespoons kefir.
- Top with frozen Wild Blueberries. Garnish with a slice of tangelo and a basil leaf.
