Wild Blueberry Brain Boosting Morning Smoothie
1½ cups frozen Wild Blueberries
1 medium banana, 7–8” (frozen is recommended, but optional)
1 cup almond milk
½ teaspoon turmeric
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup blanched almond slivers
1 cup oat milk
- Add Wild Blueberries, banana, and almond milk to a high-powered blender and blend on high for 30–60 seconds until well combined.
- Add turmeric, black pepper and almonds, and blend on high for another 10–15 seconds to incorporate.
- Finally, add in oat milk and pulse on high for 5–10 seconds or until well-combined. Do not over blend. Enjoy immediately.
