The University of Maine Food Science student team won first place in the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Student Association’s 2006 Product Development Competition for their Yo Bon Berry Bites creation.
A delicious combination of luscious dark chocolate and creamy wild blueberry yogurt, Yo Bon Berry Bites won top prize because of their great taste, outstanding health benefits and first-class plan presentation.
WBANA was pleased to assist the team in their presentation efforts.
Currently, plans are underway to find a viable partner to bring Yo Bon Berry Bites to market.
