250 g oat flakes (fine)
250 g flour (whole wheat)
3 tsp. baking powder
100 g brown sugar
1/2 vanilla bean
120 g butter
150 ml maple syrup
150 ml milk
150 g Wild Blueberries (Frozen)
100 g white chocolate coating


  1. Fill oat flakes, flour, baking powder and sugar into a bowl. Scratch out the vanilla pulp and add to the bowl, then spread pieces of butter on top. Knead the dough; meanwhile pour in maple syrup and milk. Finally, knead in frozen blueberries for 10 seconds.
  2. Put the dough on a foil and form to a roll of 6 cm diameter. Put in the freezer for 45 minutes. Remove the foil, cut the dough into 1 cm thick slices and place in distance of 2 cm on a baking tray.
  3. Bake in pre-heated oven at 160°C air circulation (top and bottom heat 180°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Chop the white chocolate coating and spread on the hot cookies. Let cool down.

Tip: If you melt the coating, you can decorate the cookies. But do not heat the chocolate over 40°C.
