• 4 – 4 ounce chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 mini cucumber
  • 4 ounces canned petite-diced tomatoes
  • 20 ounces fresh or frozen Wild Blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Pizza spice
  • French Fries (frozen, ready-made)

Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt. Heat oil in a coated pan and fry chicken breast pieces until golden-brown. Wash cucumber and cut it into pieces.

Whisk flour into tomatoes. Add Wild Blueberries (with juice, if frozen) and brown sugar until blended. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, until thickened. Season with salt and pizza spice.

Prepare French Fries as directed on package. Serve chicken nuggets with ketchup sauce and cucumber. Preparation Time: Approximately 20 minutes. Serves 4.
