1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ banana, frozen
½ cup (packed) baby spinach
½ avocado
1/3 cup silken tofu (about 1/5 of 16 ounce block)
¼ cup raw walnuts
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1-2 Medjool dates (pitted), depending on desired level of sweetness
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Optional Toppings:

hemp seeds

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide into glasses; garnish if desired.
