Grilled Turkey and Brie Sandwich with Wild Blueberry Mustard

1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries thawed
1/4 cup whole grain dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
4 slices brie sliced thin
8 oz. turkey breast sliced
4 each whole grain ciabatta rolls
large handful arugula
- Combine frozen Wild Blueberries, dijon mustard, and chia seeds. Set aside to thicken.
- Add 1 slice brie, 2 oz. turkey to each ciabatta roll. Grill sandwiches until cheese is melted.
- Top grilled sandwiches with wild blueberry mustard and arugula.
