1 cup Wild Blueberries
1 6-ounce container plain yogurt (if non-dairy, choose soy or almond to obtain protein)
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla soy or almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp cacao
1/8 tsp cayenne
1.5 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut

  1. Add all ingredients except coconut to a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass or to-go cup and stir in coconut.
  3. Enjoy!
