1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 small beet, chopped, frozen (about ½ cup)
½ cup vanilla cashew yogurt (or other vanilla non-dairy yogurt)
2 tablespoons cacao powder or chocolate protein powder
1 ½ cups coconut milk beverage

Optional toppings:
coconut whipped cream
cacao nibs

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Optional: Garnish with coconut whipped cream and cacao nibs.
  3. Serve immediately.
