Wild Blueberry and Apricot Chutney

Makes 8 (2 tbsp) Servings

Wild Blueberry and Apricot Chutney Picture


1 cup frozen wild blueberries

1/3 cup chopped dried apricots (about 10)

3 Tbsp. cider vinegar

3 Tbsp. water

2 tsp. turbinado sugar

1/2 Tbsp. honey

1 tsp. ground ginger

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. salt pinch of ground cloves


Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. 2. Reduce heat to low and cook 25-30 minutes, stirring and mashing blueberries at regular intervals. 3. Allow to cool and thicken before serving.
