1 cup roasted beets*
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 cup light canned coconut milk
1 serving collagen peptides or 1 serving protein powder
toasted coconut flakes for garnish
*Note: Chop beets, drizzle with coconut oil and roast at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients except coconut flakes in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
