½ cup 100% orange juice
1 medium banana (frozen)
1 ½ cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp chia seeds

  1. In a blender, combine ½ cup water, orange juice, banana, Wild Blueberries, cottage cheese, and chia seeds.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth
  3. Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately
