¼ cup frozen Wild Blueberries, defrosted
7-8 mint leaves
Juice from ¼ lemon
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 ounces bourbon
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle Wild Blueberries and mint. Add lemon juice, maple syrup and bourbon and shake well.
- Pour into a rocks glass filled with a few ice cubes and top off with club soda. Garnish with frozen Wild Blueberries and mint leaves.
