¼ cup frozen Wild Blueberries
12 oz. fresh cold filtered water
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
½ lime, juiced
1 tsp. honey or few drops liquid stevia

  1. Stir chia into water and let sit for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Add lime juice and Wild Blueberries. Sweeten to taste, stir and serve over ice, if desired.
