½ cup frozen Wild Blueberries
8 ounces coconut water
1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons shredded, unsweetened dried coconut
1 to 2 packets stevia, to taste
1/2 cup ice, more if needed

Optional Toppings:
frozen Wild Blueberries
shredded, unsweetened dried coconut

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glass, garnish if desired.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
