1/2 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
4 coconut milk ice cubes (recipe here) or milk of your choice

Optional Toppings:
fresh fruit
cocoa nibs
chia seeds
bee pollen

  1. Place bowl in the freezer to chill.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the pitcher of a blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into the frozen bowl; garnish with toppings of your choice.
  4. Serve immediately.
