Wild Blueberry & Corn Salsa

Makes 12 Servings
1 cup corn kernals
1/4 cup onion, diced
3/4 cup red pepper, diced (1 medium)
1 jalapeno, minced
2 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled juice from one lime
1 cup wild blueberries (thawed & drained)
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir gently to combine. Serve cold, room temperature or warm.
