Wild Blueberry Daiquiri 2 Picture


1 1/2 ounces rum

3 ounces frozen Wild Blueberries

1 ounce fresh lemon juice

1-2 tablespoons sugar or simple syrup*

red currant sprig



In blender, puree first four ingredients along with about a cup of crushed ice. Blend until thick. Pour into a large martini glass and garnish with currant sprig. Makes 1 cocktail.

*To make simple syrup, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool. Syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks.
