Wild Blueberry Lemon Nice Cream with Edible Flowers

Makes 3 servings.
2 large ripe frozen bananas, sliced
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
2 tsps lemon zest
2 TBSP + 2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 lemon slices, for garnish
2 TBSP dried edible flower petals, for garnish*
*I like the Blossom Mix from Just Spices.
- Combine bananas, wild blueberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice together in a food processor. Process for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
- Place in bowls, garnishing each serving with a lemon slice and 2 teaspoons dried flower petals. Or place each serving in a sugar cone, garnishing with 2 teaspoons dried flower petals.
- Serve immediately.
