1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth (about a minute).
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
