1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 packed cup spinach
10-12 mint leaves
2 Tbsp lime juice
2/3 cup lite coconut milk
1/2 Tbsp maple syrup, if desired

Optional Toppings:
sliced banana
raspberries
additional frozen Wild Blueberries

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Use spatula to scrape sides of blender to ensure all greens are blended.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into glass; garnish if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.
