1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
4 teaspoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup skim milk (can substitute with almond or soy milk)
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Optional Toppings:

chia seeds

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glass; garnish if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.
