1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
4 Medjool dates, chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Place dates in a small bowl and soak in 1/4 cup hot water for 5 minutes.
- Place frozen Wild blueberries, yogurt, almond butter, cardamon, vanilla extract and dates in blender and process until smooth.
- Add 1-2 cups of ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
