1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
4 Medjool dates, chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/8-1/4tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  1. Place dates in a small bowl and soak in 1/4 cup hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Place frozen Wild blueberries, yogurt, almond butter, cardamon, vanilla extract and dates in blender and process until smooth.
  3. Add 1-2 cups of ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve immediately.
