2/3 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 medium overripe banana
1 cup spinach, tightly packed
1 1/2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)
3/4 cup cottage cheese

  1. To blender, add Wild Blueberries, banana, spinach, almond milk, and maple syrup.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping sides as you go. It will be thick for layering.
  3. Stack layers of cottage cheese, smoothie, and additional toppings of choice.
  4. Repeat until your glass is filled Enjoy!

Granola, flax seeds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, dried fruit, or dry cereal.
