Directions

1.Pre-Heat oven to 350 Degree F.

2.Spray 6" Steam table pan with Cooking Spray. Measure 18 lbs of bl ueberries for each 128 servings you plan to make. Toss each pan of Blueberries with 1 cup of flour.

3.In another bowl, mix flour, oats, sugars and margarine until crumbly.

4.Spread over Wild Blueberries in already prepared pans in step 2.

5.Bake at 350 Degrees F. for 30 minutes until 135 F minimum. Golden on top and bubbly below.
