1.Cut the tofu into smaller pieces.
2.Add the wild blueberry fruit sauce and the tofu to the bowl of a food processor or blender. Puree the mixture until smooth and creamy.
3.Portion the Wild Blueberry Fool into cups and top each one with 1 TBS frozen blueberries.
4.Store in the cooler until ready to serve.
