|6 quarts, 1 cup||Yogurt, vanilla, low fat|
|2 oz||Vanilla extract|
|2 cups||Milk, nonfat or low fat|
|2 ¼ lbs||Oats, quick, dry|
|6 ¾ lbs||Wild blueberries, frozen, thawed|

1.Combine yogurt, vanilla extract and milk in a large container. Whisk to combine.
2.Stir in oats.
3.Place overnight oats mixture in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
4.Place ¼ cup wild blueberries at the bottom of a 12 oz cup. Add ⅝ cup (# 6 scoop) of overnight oats. Top with an additional ¼ cup of wild blueberries.
5.Alternatively, place the overnight oats and the chilled wild blueberries on a self-service bar. Serve 5/8 cup (#6 scoop) of overnight oats and ½ cup (#8 scoop) of wild blueberries.
