Cold-Fighting Wild Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1.5 tsp matcha powder (culinary grade)
¼ tsp cinnamon
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Optional:
2 tsp local honey

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust ingredients as desired.
  3. Pour into two glasses and drink up!
