Lemongrass Ginger Wild Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
3/4 cup refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk beverage
2 teaspoons lime zest
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon finely grated lemongrass
1/2 tablespoon finely grated ginger
1 tablespoon coconut sugar or ½ tablespoon sweetener of choice
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 small avocado
1/2 medium banana
1/4 teaspoon finely grated jalapeno pepper, I love the heat!
Frozen Wild Blueberries
Toasted almond slices
Small basil leaves (about 8 small leaves)
- Combine all Smoothie ingredients in a high power blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie in bowl and artistically arrange with toppings of choice! Enjoy!
