Mind Over Matcha Wild Blueberry Smoothie



Ingredients
3/4 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
½ banana (frozen, if possible)
2 teaspoons hemp seeds, plus more for topping
Preparation
- Place ingredients in order listed above into a blender.
- Puree until creamy and smooth.
- Divide between two glasses and garnish with more hemp seeds.
- Serve immediately.
