Wild Blueberry Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Smoothie
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 cup brewed green tea
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup cashews, raw, unsalted
1 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
