Wild Blueberry Edamame Smoothie

3/4 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 cup frozen whole strawberries
4 fluid ounces milk of choice (I used cashew milk)
1/3 cup thawed, shelled edamame
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- In a blender combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with additional wild blueberries and hemp seeds if desired.
