Wild Blueberry Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients

1.5 cups Frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 medium avocado
1 teaspoon powdered matcha green tea
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 Tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together till creamy. Enjoy!
