Wild Blueberry Lean & Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
½ cup Green tea, chilled
½ large cucumber, chopped
2 kiwi, peeled
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon hemp seed

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy.
