Wild Blueberry Snack Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 cup full fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk (non dairy or regular)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy for a satisfying snack filled with antioxidants, fiber, and protein!
  2. Serve immediately.
