Wild Blueberry & Spinach Stacked Smoothie
2/3 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 medium overripe banana
1 cup spinach, tightly packed
1 1/2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)
3/4 cup cottage cheese
- To blender, add Wild Blueberries, banana, spinach, almond milk, and maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth, scraping sides as you go. It will be thick for layering.
- Stack layers of cottage cheese, smoothie, and additional toppings of choice.
- Repeat until your glass is filled Enjoy!

Granola, flax seeds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, dried fruit, or dry cereal.
