Wild Blueberry Thai Zinger Smoothie
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 Tbsp honey
juice from one lime
1 cup light coconut milk
1/4 small jalapeno, de-seeded and chopped
1/2 tsp stevia
1 cup ice
mint and lime slices for garnish
- Add all ingredients to a high powder blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with mint and lime.
