Wild Blueberry Vanilla Breakfast Smoothie



Ingredients
½ cup 1% milk
½ cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
¼ cup rolled oats
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass. Serve immediately.
