Wild Blueberry Peanut Butter Dip

Apples, cubed cheese, graham crackers, and celery served with a wild blueberry and peanut butter dip. Substitute any nut butter for the peanut butter. This could be served at lunch or breakfast. The wild blueberry and peanut butter dip also tastes great on a sandwich!

3/4 Cup Wild Blueberries, Frozen

3/4 Cup Peanut Butter, Creamy (or any nut butter)

  1. To make wild blueberry dip: puree wild blueberries with an immersion blender until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl or container mix pureed wild blueberries and peanut butter. Mix with a whisk or a mixer with a paddle attachment until smooth.

Serve with apple wedges, celery sticks, cheese sticks, or graham crackers.
