1 ½ cups almond milk
1 ½ cups frozen Wild Blueberries
1 frozen banana
½ cup raw walnuts
2 Tbsp raw hemp seeds, hulled
½ tsp fresh orange zest
⅛ tsp cinnamon
½ cup ice (optional)

Optional boosts:
1 Tbsp maca powder
1 tsp mushroom powder (try reishi or an immune system blend)
1 Tbsp baobab powder (rich in vitamin C!)
Pinch of cayenne powder
Pinch of raw grated fresh ginger

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with raw walnuts.
  3. Serve immediately.

Craving a sweeter smoothie? Add another ½ banana or 1 tsp maple syrup.
