True Wild Blue Smoothie

Ingredients

¾ cup frozen Wild Blueberries
½ cup coconut milk beverage or light coconut milk
½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
½ ripe banana
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
½ teaspoon lime juice

Preparation

  1. Place the frozen Wild Blueberries, coconut milk beverage, pineapple, banana, and lime juice in your blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Taste test for sweetness, and blend in honey, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.
