Wild Blueberry Coconut and Ginger Smoothie
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 cup 2% plain yogurt
1/4 cup light coconut milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened, shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
unsweetened, shredded coconut
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and garnish, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
