Wild Blueberry & Lavender Smoothie



Ingredients
1 cup of frozen Wild Blueberries
½ banana
½ avocado
¼ cup baby red swiss chard
1 tablespoon fresh, chopped lavender
1 cup of your favorite milk of choice, I use soy
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1 packet of stevia (optional)
½ cup of ice
Optional Toppings:
frozen Wild Blueberries
fresh, chopped lavender
Preparation
- Add everything in a blender and blend until smooth!
- Divide into two glasses; garnish if desired.
- Serve immediately.
