Wild Blueberry & Mango Black Tea Smoothie
1 – 1 1/2 cups black tea, brewed and chilled overnight (or at least 4 hours)*
1 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 lime, zest & juice
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground flax seeds
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
*Use 1- 1 1/2 cups of black tea depending on your smoothie thickness preference. I used 1 1/2 cups for a thinner smoothie.
- Brew 1 1/2 cups black tea the night before and put in refrigerator to chill overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Add all ingredients to a blender (start with 1 cup of black tea and add up to 1/2 cup more depending on your desire of smoothie thickness), blend and serve!
