Wild Blueberry Pecan Protein Smoothie

1/2 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1 scoop pea protein powder (unflavored, or vanilla)
1 tsp vanilla extract (omit if using flavored protein)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tray ice
1/2 cup water/liquid of choice
1 TBS psyllium husk powder
1 TBS pecans, crushed
- Place a small amount of liquid at the bottom of your blender (enough to coat the bottom).
- Add all your ingredients except rest of liquid, ice and pecans.
- Top with the rest of the liquid, followed by the ice and blend completely.
- Top with crushed pecans/mix them in the smoothie afterwards.
- Eat and enjoy!
