Wild Blueberry Superfood Smoothie
3/4 cup frozen Wild Blueberries
1/2 ripe banana
1/3 cup non-dairy plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 teaspoon lucuma powder
1 teaspoon camu camu powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- And add a little ice and water to preferred texture if desired, but the recipe as is will yield a nice and tasty creamy smoothie!
- Serve immediately.
